Jim Huntington  saved our dream of building our own home. After originally working with an architect we discovered we made the big mistake of not bringing a builder into the early phase of designing a home from a budget point of view. We ended up with great plans but those plans did not come close to  fitting our budget.  We were blessed to find Jim Huntington, a design/builder. Jim was able to study the plans that we had spent months working on while interviewing us as to what our wishes were for our home. By the time our foundation was being poured, Jim had designed a home that was better than the original  design and way more practical! Jim worked with us every step of the way to get the biggest "bang" for our "buck" from a builder's point of view. 

 Our house was completed on time and on budget. I actually went through a period of mourning when the experience was all over…. Its been 5 years since we moved in and we still cherish the experience we had working with Jim and his crew!
