This is a Net Zero home that is superinsulated with a heat pump primary heating system along with on demand hot water and radiant heat in the basement slab and a solar tracker.

We had a dream of building a small high efficiency home with an attractive design. Having Jim design and build our dream was a godsend. Jim has great creative vision and an exceptional eye for detail. His strong organizational skills kept us on schedule and on budget. But most importantly, he and everybody he brought in to work on the house, really cared about the quality of the work they produced. Down to the smallest detail, our house exudes the finest craftsmanship.
